Setup

Three guides to get Zavo up and running, in the right order:

  1. Getting Started - Dashboard — Set up your account, location, menu, floor plan, staff, and payments.
  2. Getting Started - iPad POS app — Register an iPad, sign in, and take your first order. (Handheld iPhone setup is covered in a separate guide, coming soon.)
  3. Connecting Hardware — Set up your Epson printer and Zavo card terminals, then pair them with the POS.

Do the Dashboard one first. The POS app needs the location, menu, and at least one staff PIN to be in place before it can finish its initial sync. Hardware can be set up at any point after the iPad is signed in.
