Table Statuses Reference

A visual guide to every colour, badge, and indicator you’ll see on the restaurant floor plan and reception calendar.

Restaurant View — Table Statuses
A1
Draft
Items have been added to the order but haven't been sent to the kitchen yet. Tap 'Fire' to send them.
A2
Fired
The order has been sent to the kitchen and is waiting to be picked up by a prep station.
A3
In Progress
The kitchen is actively preparing items for this table.
A4
Ready / Served
Green covers both: items are marked ready on the Kitchen Display waiting to be delivered, and items that have already been delivered while the table is still in an active session. The table colour is the same for both — check the KDS if you need to tell them apart.
A6
Available
No active orders or sessions. The table is free and ready for new guests.

Dark circle at the top-right corner showing the customer's initials from a linked reservation or walk-in.

Seat Numbers (PAX)
Labels on individual seats (P1, P2...) showing guest positions. Used for seat-based ordering and course service.

Green timer at the bottom of the table showing how long the current session has been active.

Selected Table
Blue glow around a table means it is currently selected in the floor plan view.

Joined Tables
When tables are joined together, the label shows all combined table numbers in a smaller font.
Reception View — Table Statuses
A1
Confirmed
A reservation is booked and the party is expected to arrive at the scheduled time.
A2
Seated
The party has arrived and has been seated at this table.
A3
No Show
The party did not arrive for their reservation.
A4
Cancelled
The reservation was cancelled. An X icon appears at the top-right corner of the table.
A5
Completed
Service is finished and the reservation is closed. The table appears faded.
Reception View — Badges & Alerts

Late
The confirmed party hasn't arrived 10+ minutes after their reservation time. Shows elapsed time in red.

Overtime
A seated party has stayed past their expected end time. Shows overtime duration in red.
VIP
VIP Guest
The customer is marked as VIP in their profile. Shown in gold across reservation cards and the calendar.
Special Occasion
A special occasion like a birthday or anniversary has been noted on this reservation.
No table
Unassigned Table
This reservation has no table assigned yet. The guest name turns red as a warning until a table is selected.
Walk-in #A3F2
Walk-in
A walk-in party without an advance reservation, identified by a unique 4-character code.
Table Assignment
A1
Recommended
This table comfortably fits the party size and has no booking conflicts. Best option.
A2
Warning
This table's capacity is smaller than the party size. The party can still be assigned but may be tight.
A3
Unavailable
This table is already booked for a conflicting time slot and cannot be assigned.

The capacity bar on the reception sidebar shows how booked each time slot is. Blue means normal, red means near or at full capacity.
